Moulin Rouge-ing it!

I'm back into my dance teaching schedule, and preparing for a charity event I lend my creative talents to here in Philadelphia each Fall. I've been painting dancers of a different type than usual, and enjoying studying the art of Henri Touluse-Lautrec. His famous posters of the Moulin Rouge have immortalized the dancers and entertainers of his time. Here's a peak at a mural I've completed that will be wrapped around a column to set the mood for the gala. I'm also choreographing and costuming a Can Can for a group of 8 dancers. It's exciting when my passions for art and dance intersect while creating events like this one.
