Fall... and Recovery!

Been a challenging month for me - my beloved cat passed away yesterday. Strange to wake up without him to care for. I was blessed to have him in my life, and his companionship through many changes this year. Weather beautiful in Pennsylvania today - grateful for the calm skies and buzzing bees. Praying the same for all of you. This week's download was a late change/addition to my Vol.1 - I hand drew her so quickly one day. She really came out of that zone where my connection to my creative channel is so clear and open. Like a great dance improv session, which I don't do enough of! Seems as I've gotten older and developed tried and true teaching methods and dance combinations, I've lost a bit of that improv yearning I had as a young teacher and choreographer fresh out of college. Today I'm making a note to make a note to make time for that again. Sending this out into the Universe - maybe it will also resonate with one of you!
