The Summer Solstice here in the North!

Good day for planning changes in how I work - to be more productive - to be more in line with how I want to live my life and spend my days. The first thing is scheduling daily Pilates workouts for myself! I always feel better, taller, stronger and lifted and UP lifted after a mat session. I'm taking my first summer in many decades off from teaching to focus on creating a sustainable daily practice for my 56 year old body... I want to keep teaching for as long as I can, and demonstrating safely all that I can. I also paint as meditation, and sometimes I color a page from Volume 1.
